WynnBET has announced a partnership with the Detroit Pistons in an effort to enhance its Michigan sports betting presence. As far as sportsbook partnerships go, this one is fairly standard. The partnership includes “several new co-branded marketing efforts” that allow fans to engage with WynnBET and the Pistons within the context of Michigan online sports betting.
The flagship aspect of the partnership is Wynn Wednesdays, a promotion that will be exclusive to WynnBET’s mobile app and desktop site. During the NBA regular season, WynnBET will run sweepstakes and prize packages to players every Wednesday. Bettors will have chances to win Pistons collectibles, tickets, and “VIP experiences”
The WynnBET/Pistons team-up also includes promotional opportunities at Little Caesars Arena, radio sports, and on the Pistons’ social channels
WynnBET On The Move
This partnership is one of many WynnBET has secured to amp up its presence in new and existing sports betting markets. The company is partnered with the Memphis Grizzlies. It’s also an “Authorized Gaming Operator of NASCAR.”
In Virginia, WynnBET is the official online sportsbook of the Martinsville Speedway and Richmond Raceway, though that designation is pending WynnBET’s Virginia license.
Currently, WynnBET is available in New Jersey, Colorado, and Michigan. The company also has market access deals in Indiana, Iowa, Massachusetts, Nevada, Ohio, and Tennessee. Those market access deals hinge on regulation and licensing.
Indiana, Iowa, Nevada, and Tennessee are already live with sports betting, so WynnBET would be a new competitor to the scene in each respective market.
Massachusetts and Ohio, on the other hand, are still in the arduous legislative process. WynnBET will launch in those states if and when they legalize sports betting, pending a license as well.
