Clayton Mason has been elevated to the role of Chief Financial Officer for Four Winds Casinos, according to the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi. Mason assumes his new role immediately.
With a Master of Business Administration and bachelor’s degree in sociology from Indiana University, Mason has been with the Pokagon Band since 2007. He previously served as Labor Analyst, Director of Planning and Analysis, Director of Database Marketing, Director of Strategic Marketing, Vice President of Database and Analytics, and Sr. Vice President of Marketing and Analytics.
Tribal Chairman Matthew Wesaw said that Mason has the “knowledge and experience with the inner workings of our organization [that] will provide him with the necessary perspective and insight to fulfill the role.”

Under Weindruch, the Pokagon Band opened four casinos: Four Winds Casino and Resort in New Buffalo in 2007; Four Winds Hartford in 2011; Four Winds Dowagiac in 2014; and finally Four Winds South Bend (Indiana) in 2018.
