Online Betting in 2021
Online gambling will soon be available for most casinos in Michigan sometime in early 2021. The changes come after the government approved legislation to allow online casino gaming and in-person sports betting in the state. In fact, retail sports betting has already been made legally available as of March 2020.
The Soaring Eagle had plans to make retail sports betting available in early spring 2020, but plans have not come to fruition yet. It may have something to do with the casino having closed in response to the COVID-19 quarantine.
By next year, players will be able to place sports bets online through apps provided by most state casinos. Available betting will include a wide variety of options like team and individual sports as well as amateur and professional events.
